Another replacement for Alex Song next season could be, wait for it... Alex Song. The Cameroonian international swapped North London for La Liga last summer but has endured a truly horrid debut campaign in Spain, being named alongside Luka Modric of Real Madrid as one of the worst Spanish signings of the season back in December. However, during his days at the Emirates, Song enjoyed more success and certainly more popularity, becoming an integral part of Arsenal's starting eleven prior to the 200809 campaign before establishing himself as a regular in the side. He quit Arsenal last summer however, but is already regretting that decision, with his cousin Rigobert claiming he misses life at the Emirates and hates life at Barcelona. And that could pave the way for a dramatic return for the one-time Arsenal favourite, with London rivals Tottenham also keeping a close eye on developments.
