While skills are a far more prominent part of the Dane's game than Gerrard's, Eriksen is another of the hottest properties currently waltzing through European midfields. He is already one of the first names on the team sheet for both his club, Ajax, and country at only 20 years old, and it is inevitable that he will play through his prime at one of the biggest clubs in the planet. He, much like Gerrard, boasts many different attributes to his game, with killer passing and the ability to chip in with a few goals here and there to boot. He is comfortable to run with the ball at his feet from deep, while also being more than capable of dancing with the ball on the edge of the box, unleashing his quick feet and trickery to tantalise opposition defences to find holes and gaps to play the ball f0r his strikers to score from. The frightening thing about Eriksen is his age, 20- he has by no means reached his full ability, and Anfield may well be the perfect place for the Dane to become a great.
