3. Overlooking Shinji Kagawa

Many have complained since the closure of the summer transfer window over David Moyes's inability to bring in new players, with many pointing out that it was a creative midfielder that the champions desperately needed. Yet they have had one sitting on the bench all this time in the shape of Shinji Kagawa, who perplexingly hasn't been given a look-in under Moyes.
