Liverpool 3 - 1 Manchester United (6 March 2011, Anfield, Premier League)
This was an unforgettable game - especially for the fans of the Reds. United desperately wanted the win to further aid their push for a 19th league title and Liverpool had something to prove after being knocked out of the FA Cup by the visitors earlier in the season. It was one of those days where Suarez was on unbelievably good form. And this was good news for one Dirk Kuyt. The Dutchmen scored 2 goals within 5 minutes near the end of the first half with one of them coming from inches out after amazing trickery from Suarez. In the 65th minute the game was to put to bed and Dirk Kuyt became an unlikely hat-trick hero in a massive game. But it was thanks to Suarez yet again as Kuyt got the goal from a tap in after Van der Saar spilled the Uruguayan's free kick. Hernandez got a goal in the 90th minute but it was too little to late as Dalglish's team received a major morale boost a long with a win over their rivals.
