11. Cabella Was Dropped For The Match Vs Leicester City (October 18th 2014)
A low point for Cabella was being dropped from the Magpies' starting line-up for the eighth game of the season - a home game against Leicester City. Newcastle had failed to claim victory in any of their first seven games and Alan Pardew quickly lost faith in the Frenchman, leaving him on the bench. To rub salt deeper into Cabella's wound, it was his replacement Gabriel Obertan who grabbed the winner in a 1-0 victory - the Toon's first of the season.
