Robert Lee still does some work in the media and works as a pundit for Singapore's Football Channel and is Ten Sports' UEFA Champions League commentator alongside John Burridge. Lee does a lot of charity work and is a keen golfer. The midfielder is also a 'SpeedFlex' enthusiast and does a lot of work with former teammate and good friend Alan Shearer. Lee's sons, Oliver & Elliot, are footballers with Birmingham City and West Ham United.
