Brian Croucher had the tough task of replacing Greif as Travis in Series 2 of Blake's 7. It was not the greatest fit and the character lost much of his sinister quality. However, as Borg in The Robots of Death, Croucher is far more effective. Travis was surrounded by an all female mutoid crew and who knows what pleasures they afforded him in off duty moments. Borgs masseurs were not so easy on the eye. He was first met on board the Sandminer getting a rub down by a Voc robot, V9. As with the rest of the crew, Borg comes under suspicion when a series of murders take place in this detective style adventure. Far too laid back for his captains liking and seen as a crew member who doesnt pull his weight, he is nonetheless outspoken and not one to suffer fools gladly. When the Fourth Doctor offers him a jelly baby, whilst most would accept in bemusement, his response is "Shut up!" as he flings the bag of sweets out of the Doctors hand. Sadly his appearance is all too short lived as he becomes one of the first victims. Croucher would later reunite with former Blake's 7 co-star Jan Chappel in Reel Time Pictures fan film Shakedown.
