7. The Fourth Doctor Regenerating (Logopolis, 1982)
There is a lot about this story that made no sense, not the least of which is the weird business with the Watcher. But that said, the moment (which was prepared for), where Tom Baker is laying there on the ground, doing his last few lines, wellits a very good and touching moment, that was beautifully executed and even now remains one of the best regeneration scenes of the entire series, even if the SFX werent what they are now.
