Laurel Lance might not be putting on her sister's jacket and becoming the Canary right away, but she is teaming up with Oliver in some capacity in the upcoming season. One of the first clips in the trailer shows the two walking away from Queen Consolidated side-by-side, with Laurel saying "Did you ever think we would end up as business partners?" With her legal background, it's very possible that she could become Oliver's legal consultant or even a full partner if she is the one who figures out how to get Oliver his company back. If you remember, toward the end of season two, Oliver had lost his company and his fortune thanks to Isabelle Rochev and Slade WIlson, but Oliver is back in the board room and in control, meaning someone with smarts found a way to take back what his family built.
