8. That Guy With The Glasses Who's Meant To Be The Main One, You Know The One I Mean
Just because he's the straight guy surrounded by wHaCkY sidekicks, it doesn't mean that he has to have absolutely no character whatsoever. Think about it. I mean, really think about it. What ten words would you use to describe Leonard? Nerd. Glasses. Science. Squinty. Erm... jackets?

That said, the way he does the squinty thing with his face whenever he's trying to communicate the fact that he is non-plussed by whatever outrageous remark Sheldon's come out with this time reminds me of Columbo when he does the thing where he turns back to the suspect to ask another question just as he's leaving the scene. I enjoy those moments because it makes me think of Columbo rather than Big Bang Theory.
