The Eleventh Doctor finally arrives when he manages to pull off the impressive feat of lawyering the Atraxi out of incinerating the Earth, and scaring them off with archive footage from old episodes. All while picking out a new wardrobe. Who says theres no such thing as multitasking? But that clip show isnt entirely accurate. The Atraxi are scanning the Earth yet somehow get footage of various Doctor Who nasties from all over the universe that have never been anywhere near the Earth; including the Ood on the Krop Tor Sanctuary Base in the 41st century, the Cybus Cybermen attacking Pete Tylers mansion in the parallel universe, and the Hath marching off to war on Messaline around four thousand years into the future. Though fans were probably so busy getting all giddy at the archive footage of the Sea Devils and Linx the Sontaran from the 1970s that they either missed it or were willing to let it pass. Or perhaps the Doctor was interfering with the scan just to put the frighteners up the Atraxi even more. If so, give him another point on the multitasking front.
