13. Dietland
Based on the eponymous novel by Sarai Walker, Dietland is a dark comedy about Plum Kettle (yes, that's Plum Kettle), a ghostwriter at a New York magazine who struggles with her self-image and how everyone treats her, and sets out on a road to self-acceptance.
At the same time, everyone is buzzing over news reports of men, accused of sexual abuse and assault, going missing or being violently murdered, with Plum finding herself caught between two different factions: one that preaches female empowerment, and another which may be responsible for the deaths.
Joy Nash has the Plum role, with support from The Good Wife's Juliana Margulies. The TV show is certainly going to be very timely, and hopefully humorous, subversive, and engaging as well.
