Theyre back! Its once again time to play the music, light the lights, and get things started. Kermit, Piggy, Animal and the gang are all back together, along with some obscure Muppets you dont remember. This is set to be a slightly more-adult show, one for kids of all ages (although wasnt that always the case?), and is set to be a mockumentary-style show along the lines of 30 Rock and The Office, that follows the Muppets desires and relationships, both at work and in their personal lives. The trailer promises all the meta-Muppet humour were accustomed to, and while the mockumentary has already been done to great effect with those shows mentioned above, seeing how The Muppets put their own spin on it is certainly exciting to see. In fact, just having them back on TV is enough to cause excitement. As Sam the Eagle says: God bless America, and its magnificent Broadcasting Company!
