Colin Spaull played Lilt in Revelation of the Daleks, a Sixth Doctor two-episode story from 1985. Lilt is a security chief at Tranquil Repose, an elite funeral home on the planet Necros. He has noticed that the place has not been running quite the same since the new boss took over - a boss who is actually Davros, creator of the Daleks. Unlike his similarly cast predecessors on this list, his character makes it out alive. Later, Spaull appeared in the Cybermen's first modern episodes, Rise of the Cybermen and The Age of Steel, playing Mr Crane, the man behind the madman John Lumic. He's the enforcer behind the homeless kidnappings and all sorts of nefarious activities. Suffice to say, he and Lumic's plans for (parallel) world domination don't end well.
