15. Harriet Jones

Contrary to what you may have seen in The Stolen Earth, Harriet Jones survived her encounter with the Daleks.

In a poem written by James Goss and illustrated by Russell T Davies, it was revealed that thanks to a handy trap door, she escaped on a motorbike.

Then, during the lockdown tweetalong of The Stolen Earth, RTD expanded on this idea further, revealing that Harriet's survival was part of the Trickster's long-term plan.

Harriet escaped! Her bike zoomed under the Dalek saucer, into the helicarrier of Miss Fitzpatrick's Collection, a cabal of billionaires. Given that these lockdown tweetalongs eventually led to Russell's return to Doctor Who, can we expect Harriet, the Trickster, and a cabal of billionaires to appear in Season 2? Stranger things have happened.
