The cynical, past-it, foul-mouthed, gambling-addicted, chain-smoking Jewish clown is probably the least responsible person to host a childrens television show. Hes a hard-living entertainment veteran whos forever jacked up on a cocktail of prescription drugs and is constantly in a state of heavy depression. But despite his faults, he remains the hero of every child in Springfield. He also owns a smoking, roller-skating chimp called Mr. Teeny.
