New to the spotlight, Alexandria resident Carter makes some extremely valid points about trusting Rick considering his tendency to have gun-toting breakdowns, often accompanied by an impressively gnarly beard. Whilst Carter may come across as a bit of a d*ck at times here, he certainly has some sense in what he says.
