Not including Peter Capaldi, it seems that each NuWho Doctor has had a catchphrase that they would bust out at any opportune moment. As such, the Ninth Doctor would exclaim "Fantastic!" whenever something came along that he enjoyed, and with that noticeable Northern accent (lots of planets have a North, by the way!), it made it all the better!
