With Darias no-nonsense approach and blunt and relatable honesty, it could add a little dose of realism into what now seems like an endless field full of mind-numbing television programs that will never seem to end. Daria held a crucial element of realism throughout its run and thats significantly needed now that it seems like television is on its way downhill.
