If you are even in the slightest way gifted with the ability to use a PC for things other than Facebook and Youtube- you can completely agree and sympathise with the annoyance Roy feels. This leads to one of the shows greatest catchphrases- "Hello IT, have you tried turning it off and on again?" This is the one thing that will fix a PC 99.9% of the time, yet everyone else out there, bar the IT practitioners, doesn't seem to realise this simple yet effective quick fix. Agree or disagree?
