7 Actors That Should've Been Nominated For An Emmy

1. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau - Game Of Thrones

This one truly shocked me. Jaime Lannister is a perfect example of outstanding character development. Whether you hated him or loved him in the beginning of the show, it€™s hard to believe you don€™t feel the polar-opposite now. Coster-Waldau wasn€™t seen much in season two, but made up for it this past season. We follow Jaime and Brienne as they make their way back to King€™s Landing when an array of complications rear their nasty heads. Coster-Waldau€™s performance ranges from hate him to want to brew him a cup of tea and make all of his pain go away. It wasn€™t just the resounding scene where his hand was sliced off, or when he shared a tub with Brienne and told her the whole story behind his nick name €œThe King Slayer€, or when he turned around to save Brienne from a pit fight with a bear, but it was the whole season. Thanks to Coster-Waldau€™s performance, Game of Thrones rebounded from a weaker second season follow up (that first season was a tough act to follow though). Red Wedding aside, the most interesting aspect of this season was always Jaime.
