5. Hank Pym - Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes

Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes plays like a cartoon version of the Avengers comics. Unlike the MCU, the show starts off following the original Avengers line-up from the comics, including Ant-Man and the Wasp.

The show's version of Ant-Man gets lots of focus in the first season. As a pacifist, Hank hates fighting villains, instead he hopes to reform them. Towards the end of the season, he loses patience and quits the team, though he creates a big enough mess by creating Ultron that he sticks around until the season finale.

Season 2 features Ant-Man as Hank Pym for one big episode in the beginning, then neglects about him. Towards the end of the season, he rejoins the team as Yellowjacket, more violent than his Ant-Man persona, but still sits out of a majority of episodes.

Season 2 adapts Yellowjacket with such promise, but fails to flesh him out enough. There's no reason to wait to bring Hank back so late in the game.
