9 Great TV Characters Underused In Their Show's Final Season

2. Leo Fitz - Agents of SHIELD

The current and final season of Agents of SHIELD has yet to even feature its best character, Leo Fitz. At the end of Season 6, Fitz has to separate himself from Simmons, and the rest of the group, in order to keep them safe from the Chronicoms. The last we hear of him is a voice message, implying he is still somehow in contact with the team and involved in the story.

However, Fitz has only been briefly mentioned so far in Season 7, with actor Iain De Caestecker's name being removed from the opening credits. Though De Caestecker had scheduling conflicts, the show has worked around them before, giving him a bottle episode in Season 5.

Though Fitz will eventually appear as evidenced by some promos for the Season, we have no idea when, and how much, we'll get to see him.
