Now many people will have completely forgot that last season saw Oliver marry Nyssa al Ghul as part of the arrangement that saw him become Ras al Ghul and infiltrate the League of Assassins. Conveniently, though, the whole wedding thing was brought up here just when it was needed most. With Nyssa set to do battle with Malcolm Merlyn, a dual she had already admitted that she could not win, from out of nowhere steps Oliver Queen to declare that, as Nyssas husband, he will fight on her behalf. Talk about married bliss!
