Whilst Felicity Smoak being in a wheelchair is getting some of Team Arrow down, it appears that Damien Darhk is at least a fan of Miss Smoaks predicament. Upon confronting Oliver and Felicity, the uber-rogue casually apologies for the attack that put Felicity in the wheelchair in the first place, although he adds that its a good look for her. He even suggested that she should maybe try a motorized wheelchair, too. Nothing says total pr*ck than making off-the-cuff comments about the wheelchair of the person who you put in said wheelchair.
