4. Anarky
Lonnie Machin, who goes by the villain name Anarky, is a Batman foe in the comics, but like many of the Caped Crusaders lesser enemies hes set to be borrowed by Arrow for a stint going up against Oliver Queen and friends, and will be played by Alexander Calvert.
His character from the comics does bad things but sees himself in a rather more heroic light, believing in causing social anarchy and fighting for his slightly warped beliefs. In the show, however, hell be a deranged freelancing criminal who is willing to do whatever it takes to impress a potential employer.
That sounds like a much more threatening foe for Team Arrow, and if they carry over his computer wizardry from the comics then he could well be proving a match for Felicity, and itd be great to see her take on a meatier role and a villain of her own. As for that potential employer hes trying to impress? Sounds like it could well be the big bad of season 4 (but more on him later).
