2. Who Is Prometheus?

Showing up right at the end of the episode is the other major villain of Season 5: Prometheus (although we don't get his name in this episode).

A dark archer who is a direct result of Oliver's actions as the Hood, the introduction to him here gives us no answers about what his plan is, or even who he is (except that he is definitely not the Green Arrow, and you probably shouldn't ask him if he is).

Will he be someone we know, or a totally knew character? And in terms of plot, what exactly is his plan, beyond presumably wanting to bring as much pain and suffering to Oliver as possible?
