Who this guy is, nobody really knows. What we do know, though, is he looks pretty badass and somebody not to mess with. This rogue pops up at various points throughout the trailer, and so that would suggest he'll have a big role to play as the show moves forward. Then again, he could just be being shoehorned into various parts of this trailer simply because he looks the part. There's no real solid evidence at this stage to suggest he's a certain DC comic book character, but I'm sure all will be explained as DC's Legends of Tomorrow progresses. For now though, he's most certainly an ominous threat who looks to be working under uber-rogue Vandal Savage.
