Last Christmas marked the end of Peter Capaldi's first year in role as the Twelfth Doctor and it's safe to say that he has now well and truly arrived. Filming on his second series is due to commence in Cardiff next month and nobody knows what the future holds for his incarnation of the titular Time Lord. One thing is for sure, though - there isn't a single fan who can't wait to find out! What do you think of this list?
