Best Creature no. 4: Bok (The Daemons)

Minor spoiler for those who haven't watched this totally brilliant Jon Pertwee episode: this dude isn't actually the main monster in The Daemons, though you wouldn't think that to look at him. He fills in for his boss for the first few episodes but he could easily have made it on his own if only he'd been able to speak. And he does a pretty respectable job of it too, giving the UNIT troops a run for their money ("Chap with wings there, five rounds rapid," says the Brigadier famously) and doing a bit of menacing hopping about in graveyards. A stone gargoyle come to life, Bok is basically a Weeping Angel, isn't he? Except that even when you're looking at him he can still move, though I'd love to see a game of Grandmother's Footsteps between him and some unfortunate doomed extra. Then again, considering he's made of stone you'd probably hear him coming a mile off!
