5. World Enough And Time

Aside from being the first televised Doctor Who story to feature more than one incarnation of The Master, 'World Enough And Time' acts as a prequel to classic stories featuring the creepy Mondasian Cybermen.

The episode tried to provide an explanation as to why the people of Mondas began converting themselves into Cybermen. It ends with a the chilling reveal that companion Bill Potts, whom The Twelfth Doctor has been trying to rescue throughout the episode, was the first to be fully converted.

As a bonus for Big Finish fans, the episode also appears to make the popular Fifth Doctor audio drama 'Spare Parts' officially canon.
