Clara was able to boss Matt Smith's Eleventh Doctor around rather easily but this past series has not been so kind to our impossible girl. The personality of the Twelfth Doctor harks back to his earlier regenerations in the sense that he is now much more stubborn and reckless and his relationship with Clara has suffered as a result. It's pretty much inconceivable that she would ever have lived to Matt Smith's Doctor and yet she has done so on numerous occasions in this current series, to either force the Doctor to do her bidding (which it turns out, he would have done anyway) or to give him the impression that Danny Pink had indeed returned for their happily ever after. Clara doesn't seem to be as close to this Doctor as she was with the Eleventh so why not say your final farewell and let someone else have a go? What do you think of this list?
