Enslaved to Madame Karabraxos, the Teller was locked up in a glass cube and deployed in a straitjacket and chains to extract criminal intent from those visiting the Bank of Karabraxos, and if detected, it would turn the guilty person's brain into soup.

Fortunately, the Teller - unlike the other tortured souls in this list - has a happy ending and is eventually reunited with its fellow imprisoned partner, after which they were left to live in blissful solitude.
