Lumic already has a Cyber vibe to him with a robotic-sounding voice and being hooked up to a mobile life support machine, which heightens his desperation for immortality. So it's only fitting that he should get the deluxe Cyber Controller upgrade package with the visible brain, light up eyes and a veritable throne. Nevertheless, less a spectacular more of a by the numbers villain.
