It's hard to take the threat of the Sontaran-cloned Martha seriously when we, the audience, know the Doctor knows instantly it's not the genuine marvellous Martha.

Just like the hypnotised UNIT soldiers and ATMOS factory workers, Meanie Martha wasn't an impactful infiltrator, especially when compared with Jenna Coleman's badass Bonnie.
