Appears in: Rise of the Cybermen/The Age of Steel.

There's something sinisterly Soylent Green about how John Lumic's henchman, Mr Crane, entices the unsuspecting homeless into the back of a lorry with the promise of free hot food, only for them to be sent to Battersea Power Station for Cyber-conversion.

Crane does somewhat redeem himself in trying to kill Lumic by destroying his life support system, but ends up being fatally electrocuted by a Cyberman.
