23. Once, Upon Time

This episode is an absolute mess. One third rushed exposition for The Division, another third teaser for Village of the Angels, and another third Vinder backstory (which ultimately amounts to nothing).

It's not all bad, but the messy structure of the story makes it difficult to follow, and there’s no real meat to anything being told here - in fact, the whole episode just feels like Flux treading water between two far superior stories.

On top of this, Jo Martin’s Fugitive Doctor is once again underused, being seen for all of 30 seconds in a story that's all about her own background. Baffling decision.
