10. Mission To Mars

Doctor Who has travelled to Mars a couple of times over the years - most recently in 2009's The Waters of Mars - and we now know that the TARDIS will land on the Red Planet again in Series 10.

It doesn't take a genius to work out that Mars will be the main setting of Mark Gatiss' Ice Warrior-themed episode. Despite the creatures' many appearances, we have never seen them on their own homeworld so this should provide a fascinating new look at the monsters.

Another shot in the trailer shows an Egyptian-style pyramid next to a forest. Seeing as trees and pyramids aren't natural neighbours on Earth, this could be a shot of Mars. It would be a welcome nod back to 1974's Pyramids of Mars, after all.
