3. ...But It's Not The Doctor

This opinion may prove to be controversial with some fans, but the Doctor should not be the Timeless Child.

The Doctor is not a god, despite some speculation in the past. She is a powerful Time Lord, but no more powerful than anyone else in her society. This means that not every major secret involving the Time Lords has to be centred around the Doctor. Events in the past have done this successfully (the Time War and the cracks being the biggest examples), but this needs to stop now, otherwise it becomes too predictable and makes it so the Doctor is the only significant Time Lord.

This needs to be something bigger for it to feel new, an ancient Time Lord secret perhaps which will affect the Doctor, but without placing her at the centre of the conspiracy. Steven Moffat's time as showrunner led to many stories about the Doctor questioning his own actions, but we're past that now, and Jodie Whittaker's incarnation is far more sure about who she is. She's the Doctor, she helps people, and her biggest challenge now will be forgiving her own race for whatever they've done, rather than herself.
