Doctor Who's 6 Best One-Off Companions

Ok, so €˜The Next Doctor€™ was not the best episode ever, but David Morrissey€™s take on a Victorian Doctor was fun and fascinating. Few men have or will ever play the Doctor so it was pleasing to see one of Britain€™s finest modern actors take on the tropes of the role, even if it was only for a short while. He had the confidence of an authentic Doctor and worked fantastically alongside Tennant as both took it in turns to be the €˜lead€™ Doctor. Although it turned out his character was not actually a Time Lord at all, Jackson Lake€™s passion when instilled with the memories of the Tenth Doctor left me wishing he was a future incarnation.
