It shouldn't really be in this category, since it's an episode, but since it is then it's the best choice for a winner. San Junipero was one of the very best episodes - or 'TV Movies' - of 2017, a beautiful futuristic love story that upended all expectations of how a Black Mirror instalment would go.

Black Mirror: San Junipero
Although it aired a while ago now, San Junipero received a huge amount of critical acclaim and a lot of audience attention too, so there's a good chance voters are very familiar with it. With the opportunity to recognise Wizard of Lies in the acting categories, there's more room to then give this one to Black Mirror, although Sherlock did (undeservedly) win here last year so can't be counted out.
