10. Grey Worm

Grey Worm's role is set to grow significantly in the coming episodes. Daenerys being whisked away by Drogon left a brief power vacuum in Meereen, but that will be filled by a combination of Tyrion's political nous, Varys' cunning, Missandei's cultural knowledge, and Grey Worm's military might.

He has risen from nothing to become one of the most powerful leaders in an enormous city, and that will have painted a target on his head with the Sons Of The Harpy still at large. Grey Worm's tale could go either way. There are numerous reasons such as the ones mentioned that could lead to him being targeted, but on the other hand, that's already happened. Barristan Selmy sacrificed himself to save Grey Worm, so I'd be inclined to suggest he'll stick around long enough to justify that decision.
