In the little that we saw of Trudy and Ted, there was wicked sexual chemistry. She bedded him in season one and may have ridden the tricycle with him season three. I’m a believer.

An alternate ending to HIMYM saw Ted, Trudy and their pineapple growing old together, on the front porch with Marshall and Lily. Maybe with a couple of baby pineapples, too.

9. Zoey

Zoey was the most divisive of all of Ted’s long-term girlfriends. When they were good, they were very good, but they spent half of their time at each other’s throats.

This passion was the fuel for their relationship, but it was not sustainable and Zoey’s attempted sabotage of Ted’s career was too much for them to work through.
