Not long after the reveal of Cheng being the shooter, there's an argument between Jessica and her mother over how best to handle the situation, and the idea offered by Jess is dismissed by Alisa as a "bad plan".

Jessica, now reunited with her mother, reverts back to some childlike state for her retort. The best that the normally razor-sharp, brutally cutting smartmouth can come up with is... "You're a bad plan!"
