MCU: 10 Big Questions Surrounding Marvel's Disney+ Shows

5. Who Is Playing Kate Bishop?

After being a key part of the Avengers for so many years, Clint has tried to retire several times, after Age of Ultron, after Civil War, and after Infinity War he dropped the Hawkeye moniker and went rogue as Ronin. When Hawkeye hits Disney+ in 2021, the series will show the titular character finally pass the torch and the crossbow to his young protege, Kate Bishop.

In the comics, Kate is similar to Clint in that she has no powers, she is just damn good with a bow and arrow. Going on to be a major part of both the Young Avengers, and the West Coast Avengers, Kate has the potential to have a massive role in the MCU going forward.

With every new character revealed for Phase Four and the Disney+ slate in Hall H came a casting announcement. Each new character was revealed along with the actor portraying them. All except for Kate Bishop. As of yet, the casting of Clint Barton's student remains unannounced, which begs the question, who is going to play her?

While Katherine Langford's Endgame scenes were ultimately cut, could Kevin Feige have found another role for the 13 Reasons Why star? Millie Bobbie Brown was rumoured to be a part of the Eternals cast before Comic Con, and it's easy to picture her as the badass super hero. Whoever is cast, Marvel have given us few reasons to doubt their choices before.
