In the aftermath of the Battle of Blackwater Bay, Valar Morghulis sets the stage for the epic Season 3 while simultaneously dealing with the fallout of the second season. Robb privately marries Talisa, which is a great moment for all non-book readers, but for everybody who knows whats coming for Robb, its subtly heartbreaking. Dany goes on a Vision Quest at the House of the Undying where we get a nice cameo from Jason Mamoa as Khal Drogo, kills Pyat Pree with dragonfire, and then locks Daxos (Duck Sauce?) in a vault while she and Jorah sack the city of Qarth. Jon kills the Halfhand in order to go undercover with the wildlings, Arya and her friends escape Harrenhal and Jaqen Hghar disappears, and we get one of the funniest moments of the series as Theon Greyjoy launches into a YOLO speech to his ironborn brothers to fight the Bolton army, only to be hit in the back of the head by his own man to be taken to Ramsay.
