20. The Plastic Man Comedy/Adventure Show

Plastic Man is amazing.

Not only does he have the goofiest looking outfit in the DCU (yes, even goofier than B'wana Beast's), he also had this show; where he could spring, stretch, fly, bounce, change shape and (would you believe it) even dance.

Not only does Plastic Man possess the complete superhero package (the intro is very convincing), his series was also dead entertaining (just don't tell Elongated Man).
