Scream Season 2 Review: 7 Ups & 6 Downs

1. There's An Excellent Carrie Homage

By far one of the most memorable moments from this season involves a terrific homage to the horror classic Carrie, involving Brooke and a ton of gore. Nothing more than that will be said here, but be safe in the knowledge that it's a welcome nod to the iconic film, while not taking it too far.

We can only hope that Season 3 (if it happens) might sneak in more references like this, but again, it just needs to ensure it doesn't go relentlessly from homage to straight-up lazy stealing. Maintain the balance and this would be very much welcome.
