Star Wars TV Show: Everything We Know About The Mandalorian
1. It's One Of A Number Of Star Wars Series In Development
A small-line in The Hollywood Reporter's article on the show, but an important one nonetheless, with the outlet stating: "Disney is developing multiple live-action Star Wars TV series for its upcoming streaming service."
So far, Favreau's is the only one announced, but the idea that they're making more than one does make sense. After all, it's their same approach to the MCU shows, which will include Scarlet Witch, Loki, and others yet to be revealed.
They're betting big on this and, while The Mandalorian will be the first to air, it's also just going to be the first of at least a couple, but probably quite a few, live-action Star Wars TV shows coming in the next few years.
