9. Lou Diamond Phillips

Colonel Telford was a major thorn in everyone's side aboard the Destiny. His power struggle with Colonel Young led to some incredibly tense stand-offs, though his abuse of the Ancient communication stones allowed him to conduct an affair with Young's wife.

Diamond Phillips is a Filipino-American actor, and his first engagement after Stargate Universe was to compete on Celebrity Cook-Off, which he won, gaining $50,000 for charity.

He went on then to co-star in the series Longmire, where he played the role of Henry Standing-Bear, a Native American deputy. He is also an accomplished voice actor, starring in four episodes of a radio play of The Twilight Zone. He is a singer as well, appearing on Broadway.

Though he has experienced some legal trouble in the past, he has also been an activist - appearing in a NoH8 campaign LGBT Equality campaign in 2020.
